2010 Tallmadge Men's Roster

      Steven Clark.............Freshman

Steven joins the high school squad after a solid middle school career.  Steven was on the varsity middle school squad which was 2nd in the league.

      Jacob Cole................Freshman

Jacob continues his running career for the blue devils after running in the middle school program.  Jacob's experience wil allow him to transition well into the 5k race.

     Nick Cwikla...............Sophomore          

Career Best............21:30 Galion (09)  

Nick returns for his sophomore season after an up and down freshman year.  Nick showed tremendous potential but ended up getting injured at intricate points of the year.  Nick has logged over 250 miles this summer and will contend for a varsity spot.

     David Bartlett............Freshman

David joins the high school squad after a solid middle school career in both cross country and track & field.  David was also a member of the varsity middle school squad which was 2nd in the league.

     Patrick Ferguson.......Freshman

Patrick joins the high school team after an impressive middle school career in cross country and track & field.  Patrick has trained with the high school team for the past two summers and has hit the ground running this season.  Patrick will contend for a varsity spot as a freshman.

     Andre Gillis................Freshman

Andre joins the cross country team for the first time as a freshman after a solid track season.  Andre has the built of a xc runner and with experience will develop into a great runner.

      Ben Hussing..............Sophomore             

 Career Best.............19:37 Galion (09)

Ben enters into his sophomore season with valuable experience under his shoes.  He will be asked to help out this young team early on this season.  His dedication over the summer will reflect early on.

     Michael Kenny...........Sophomore              

Career Best...............20:16 Cloverleaf (09)

Michael had a break out performance during his final track meet at the Suburban League meet breaking the 5 minute barrier in the 1 mile race.  Michael got in a solid summer of swimming and running and will contend for a varsity position. 

     Joe Labosky.............Junior    (Captain)      

Career Best.................17:55 Galion (09)

Joe enters into his Junior season as Captain and has the potential to be the blue devils #1 runner this season.  Joe is coming off of an injury and should impact the team mid-season.  As a sophomore, Joe ran 17:55 at Galion and was the teams most consistent runner as a sophomore. 

     Alex LeVan...............Junior                 

Career Best...............19:17 Galion (09)

Alex showed significant improvement during his sophomore track season which should roll over into this seasons xc season.  Alex's work ethic will lead this young team in the right direction.  Alex will contend for a varsity spot this season. 

     Shawn Mercer...........Junior

Shawn will be running for the first time this season.  He also is a member of the swim team. 

     James Milone.............Sophomore       

Career Best................18:59 Galion (09)

As a freshman, James was honored as most promising freshman.  Although James was injured during his freshman track season, he seems to be back on track and will contend for a varsity spot.  James is one of four sophomores who will most likely fill varsity spots.

      Mike Reich...................Senior 

Mike enters into his first season as a xc runner.  Mike became interested in xc after his sister joined onto the coaching staff.  Mike has ran track & field for the past 3 years.

     Derrek  Sigman..........Junior

Derrick joins the xc team for the first time as a Junior.  He will be learning the sport and has the potential to contend for a varsity position.  As the season progresses, so will Derrick. 

     Zach Wagner..............Senior                 

Career Best ...............18:14 Galion (09)

Zach enters into his senior season as one of two returning letterwinners.  His experience will guide this young team early on.  Zach has run sub 5 minutes on the track for the 1 mile and hopes to have a break out year on the cross country course.
